These General Conditions of Use (“GCU”) regulate the access, navigation and use of the Web accessible through the domain WWW.THEREFERENCESTUDIO.ES, as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents, meaning texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property.

The main purpose of the Web is to provide corporate information of THE REFERENCE STUDIO.

8. PARTIAL NULLITY.

The declaration of any of the clauses contained in these TOU as null, invalid or ineffective shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which shall continue to be binding between the parties.

The treatment of personal data is regulated in the Privacy Policy and the installation of cookies in the Cookies Policy, both available on the Web.

10. NOTIFICATIONS.

For the purpose of practicing the appropriate notifications, THE REFERENCE STUDIO designates as contact address specified in the Legal Notice.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

These TOU shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law.

Any dispute relating to the conditions of use and access to this Web contained in this document of CGU of the Web, the parties shall submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless otherwise determined by law, to the corresponding Courts.
